RJ knows how to grow companies. RJ spent the last ten years buying and growing an electrical services firm. The company went from 15 to 350 people and appeared 3 times on the Inc 500/5000 list. The company focus
spread from electrical maintenance in industrial facilities to a full service utilities contractor that builds the power grid from wind farms and coal
fired power plants to the power lines in your local neighborhood. Mr. Nicolosi was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur
of the Year in 2006 and 2008. In an April 2008 Employee Satisfaction survey, 92% of employees said they would recommend Midwest to friends.
Before joining Midwest Electric, he worked at Arthur Andersen, where he led a regional consulting team. In addition, RJ served as the project manager for a technology merger integration of a multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical distributor into a leading integrated health-care company. He has also served as the interim CIO for a tier-three automotive supplier. RJ brings to Midwest Electric a wealth of experience from working in numerous industries, such as banking, insurance, manufacturing,
retail, wholesale distribution, healthcare and telecommunications.
RJ currently serves as Interim Executive Director and Chairman on the Board for Junior Achievement of Central Ohio. He is a graduate of the University Of Notre Dame with majors in international relations and philosophy and resides in Columbus, OH with his six year old daughter.
